Hello Mr. Lim,
Thank you so much for your help in leading me to the road to recovery. After your treatment and following your advice, my overall condition has improved drastically.
I have started getting up earlier in the morning to have a more filling breakfast (with eggs) and doing my exercises, I am taking meals to work for lunch and eating smaller meals when I get home from work, at present no neck/ head aches- though I had a couple in Singapore after I had seen you, but with the exercises and toxins in my body I didn't expect a trouble free cure.
Thank you for your help and friendliness, I will be making contacts with a Chinese acupuncturist when I get back into my routine and earn some more money
